25 years of vocational training at LEWA
On the Open Day, students and parents have the possibility to get detailed insight into the occupations at LEWA. Supervisors and trainees are available the whole day to answer questions. Different stations provide additional views into the various qualified jobs and invite you to participate. Visitors can expect snacks, drinks, as well as a diverse supporting program.
Furthermore, interested students have the possibility to pass their application for the vocational training starting in 2016 directly to us.
In 25 years, 236 trainees have completed their apprenticeship at the international company which produces metering pumps and systems. Currently, 54 apprentices are in training. The basis for LEWA’s success are qualified employees. Therefore, own professionals are educated at LEWA. Our apprentices acquire technical, material and social skills. LEWA is committed to its apprentices to make the training years as varied as possible to specially promote individual strengths of each apprentice.
