Green Technologies Day 2013: Natural Gas as Bridging Technology

On May 15th, LEWA hosted the Green Technologies Day for the fourth time. At this year’s edition, which was held under the slogan “Natural gas as energy source – Bridging technology to the hydrogen age?”, industry and science experts informed attendants about the current state of research and practical applications of modern technologies.

In the course of the day, innovative approaches to the handling of liquefied (natural) gas were presented to the competent audience which consisted of refinery operators, system manufacturers, and partners of LEWA. Besides new ways of LNG fueling and the presentation of cryogenic pumps, chances and problems of LNG and LPG usage were discussed extensively.
