Since 2006, Huber Verlag für Neue Medien (a publishing company) and Initiative Mittelstand (an association that represents the interests of mid-size companies) have been awarding the Industriepreis (Industry Award) to companies that offer innovative product solutions. This year, products with extraordinary technological, economic, ecologic, or societal value have been honored in 14 categories.
